These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC website and rental
services. By accessing our website or renting equipment, trailers, or other property from Ridgeline
Rentals MN LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are subject to availability. Payment may be required at the time of booking or pickup.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Rental Period
Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Additional charges may apply for
late returns.
4. Use of Rental Equipment
Rented property must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with manufacturer
instructions and safety requirements.
5. Customer Responsibility
The renter is responsible for inspecting equipment before use and reporting any damage or
operational concerns immediately.
6. Damage, Loss, and Theft
The renter is responsible for damage, loss, theft, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
occurring during the rental period.
7. Prohibited Uses
Equipment may not be used in illegal activities, overloaded, operated by unauthorized individuals,
or used contrary to safety guidelines.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC's cancellation policy
in effect at the time of reservation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from rental or use of equipment.
10. Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC from claims,
damages, losses, and expenses arising from the renter's use of rented property.
11. Website Use
Users agree not to interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse
website content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to reservations and rentals made through Ridgeline
Rentals MN LLC. By placing a reservation, customers agree to the terms below.
1. Reservation Cancellations
Customers may cancel a reservation by contacting Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC using the contact
information below.
2. Full Refunds
Reservations canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time are eligible for
a full refund of amounts paid.
3. Partial Refunds
Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a
cancellation fee or partial refund at the discretion of Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC.
4. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may forfeit all deposits, reservation fees, and prepaid rental
charges.
5. Weather and Safety Conditions
Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC may cancel or reschedule reservations due to unsafe weather,
equipment issues, or other circumstances affecting safety or availability. In such cases, customers
may receive a refund or rescheduling option.
6. Early Returns
No refunds are guaranteed for equipment returned before the end of the agreed rental period
unless otherwise approved by Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may
vary depending on the financial institution or payment processor.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
Cleaning fees, damage charges, late fees, repair costs, and other charges incurred during the
rental period are generally non-refundable.
9. Policy Changes
Ridgeline Rentals MN LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will
be posted with a revised effective date.
